I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, situated right in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore the local area. The rooms, although a bit strange with no window directly in front of the bed, were comfortable and well-priced for the type of hotel. Meals at the rooftop restaurant were fresh and delicious, offering great views. However, the service at breakfast left something to be desired, and communication with the staff at the counter was challenging due to the language barrier.

Rooms

The rooms were comfortable, though it felt a bit odd not having a window directly in front of the bed. They were not large, but they were absolutely satisfying for the class of the hotel and the affordable rate.
Service
6.0
The service was charming and respectful, but I did find it a bit frustrating that the staff at the counter didn’t speak English, which made things complicated at times.
Location

The location was brilliant for walking around downtown Yangon, right in the lively Chinatown with easy access to numerous sights and cheap eats. It's a vibrant area that made for lovely evening strolls.
Dining

The dining experience was enjoyable with fresh and delicious food options, and I particularly enjoyed the variety offered at the rooftop restaurant, including made-to-order omelets and noodle soup.
Facilities

While the facilities were decent, they felt a bit underwhelming and could use some improvement. The rooftop dining area was a highlight, but more amenities would have enhanced the overall experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown, perfect for exploring downtown Yangon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of windows felt a bit odd. The staff were charming and hard-working, though sometimes the service could have been better. Overall, it’s a good value for money, especially considering the direct access to local markets and cheap dining options nearby.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were generally clean and provided a great view from the 9th floor, but the cleanliness could be improved. The service varied, with some staff being helpful while others seemed put out by requests. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, especially the vibrant Chinatown. Dining options were good and the breakfast spread was enjoyable, though it could use more variety. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but there are areas needing attention.

Rooms

The rooms were comfortable but could be cleaner; I had to turn off the air conditioning at night since it was right by the bed. I did enjoy the view of the city from the 9th floor, which was a nice way to start the morning.
Service
6.0
The service was hit or miss. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was one staff member at the breakfast room who had a less than welcoming attitude when I asked for a different room on my second stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore and enjoy the sights and smells of the area. However, the surroundings might seem a bit dirty to some guests.
Dining

The breakfast had a decent spread with both Asian and European options, including an egg station and tasty sausages, but it could definitely benefit from more variety overall.
Facilities

While not overly luxurious, the basic facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi.

7.0/10

I had a generally good experience at the hotel while appreciating its unique position in Chinatown, filled with vibrant colors and aromas. The rooms were clean but could use a little more attention, especially the curtains and windows. The staff was mostly friendly, though my request for a room change was met with a less enthusiastic response. The breakfast dining area on the rooftop had a lovely view of the city, but the overall dining options could be more enticing. The value for money was reasonable considering the experience, but you might want to adjust your expectations about cleanliness in some areas.

Rooms

Being in the middle of Chinatown offers a chaotic yet colorful experience, perfect for those who enjoy local sights and scents, although it can be a bit overwhelming at night.

I had a good stay at the hotel, with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, I found the room a bit small and the service varied—while some staff were very helpful, others seemed more focused on payment than providing great customer service.

Rooms

The rooms are all very clean, but I found them to be a little small, which made it a bit cramped during my stay.
Service

The staff was generally helpful, especially at breakfast where they provided instructions on preparing the Mohinga, but there were a few who seemed more concerned about payment than assisting guests.
Location
